Boutique hotel in a pre-war villa 100 m from the beach. 24 rooms in 4 types, each with individual character, all under one brand.
Challenge
Season starts 1 June. We got the brief 1 March. Three months for full delivery: design, sewing 24 sets of curtains, throws, cushions, plus lobby styling.
Solution
Modular textile system: 4 blackout curtain colours × 4 sheer patterns × 6 throws = every room different, production standardised. Lobby with full custom design.
Delivery
Opening 31 May. 23 of 24 rooms ready on time (one night install on 30 May). Guests rate rooms 4.8/5 in the first season.
