A wooden house on a Masurian lake, open plan with a 9-metre panoramic window. The client wanted an interior that blurs the line between water and living room.
Challenge
A wall-to-wall window doesn't tolerate standard curtains - each one cuts the view. And yet after sunset, filtering layers were needed for moonlight and reflections.
Solution
Full-wall sheers in white linen on a silent ceiling track, no folds when open. Drawn - a single uninterrupted curtain of light. Plus outdoor fabrics (Sunbrella) on terrace furniture.
Delivery
Four months, two measurements (winter + summer - wood moves). Installed in June, the client spent the first weekend in the finished home.
